Can I include a gift message card?
Yes. Share the message you'd like on the card when placing your order or when getting in touch with Vittoria, and we'll include it with your arrangement.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Warsaw and the surrounding area.
How does personal pickup work?
Personal pickup is available at our studio at Ruczaj 91, Warsaw — just select that option in the order form.
How should I care for my composition?
We recommend changing the water regularly and trimming the stems — we share detailed care tips at handover.

How does a flower subscription work?
You choose a plan (Classic, Premium, or Deluxe), and we deliver fresh compositions on an agreed schedule.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes — just get in touch with us to change your plan or delivery frequency.
What's the difference between the Classic, Premium, and Deluxe plans?
The plans differ in how many compositions you receive per cycle, the range of flowers used, and the extra services included. See the Subscriptions page for a full comparison and current prices.
What kind of space is each subscription plan meant for?
Each plan comes with a suggested type of space (e.g. an apartment, an office, a hotel) — see the details for each plan on the Subscriptions page.
How do I choose the right plan?
If you're not sure, use the “Help me choose” option on the Subscriptions page — we'll help you pick the plan that fits your space.
How do I get in touch about an individual proposal?
Pick the plan you're interested in and click “Choose [name]” — you'll land on our form with that plan already noted, or you can contact us directly.

It starts with an inquiry, followed by a free consultation. We then prepare a design and quote, deliver and set everything up, and provide ongoing floral care.
Is the consultation free?
Yes — the first consultation for businesses and hotels is free of charge.
Is ongoing floral service available?
Yes, we offer ongoing, recurring floral service for both businesses and hotels.
How do I request an individual quote?
Get in touch through the form on our For Business or Hotels page — we'll prepare a proposal tailored to your space.
Do you handle florals for multiple hotel spaces at once?
Yes — we cover lobbies, rooms, restaurants, and event spaces under one consistent subscription.
Do you decorate restaurants on an ongoing basis, not just for events?
Yes, we provide recurring table and interior decor tailored to your restaurant's character.
Weddings & Events
Floral styling for weddings, conferences, and special events.
How far in advance should we get in touch before the wedding?
We recommend reaching out at least 3 months ahead to secure your date and work out the details.
What does the wedding collaboration process look like?
We start with first contact via the form or directly, follow up with questions and a proposal, work out the details together (scope, colours, logistics), and take care of the florals on the day itself.
Do you prepare an individual concept?
Yes, every concept is prepared individually, matched to the style and vision of your wedding.
How can I send you inspiration photos?
Click “I'd like something similar” on a photo in our Portfolio, or save it with the ♥ heart — your choice will automatically appear in the enquiry form.
Do you handle decor for one-off events?
Yes, we create decor for conferences, banquets, and special events.
Workshops
Floristry workshops — for individuals, businesses, and children.
Do I need any prior experience?
No — our foundational workshops (like Sztuka tworzenia bukietu / The Art of Bouquet Making) are designed for people with no prior floristry experience too.
Are materials included in the workshop price?
Yes. Vittoria provides the standard flowers and materials needed to make your composition, and they're included in the workshop price. If you'd like to use your own additional materials, please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Can I take my creation home?
Yes. You take the composition you made during the workshop home with you.
Do you organize private workshops?
Yes, we organize private workshops tailored to your occasion and group — see the details and ask about a date on our Workshops page.
Do you organize workshops for businesses?
Yes, we run floristry workshops for teams as an alternative to classic team-building activities.
Are there workshops for children?
Yes, “Mały Florysta” (Little Florist) is a workshop designed specifically for our youngest flower lovers.
Payments
How payment works for an order, workshop, or subscription.
What payment methods are available?
The payment method, due date, and any deposit are agreed individually with the customer before the order is confirmed.
Can I pay online?
The website does not currently process online payments — we agree on payment details individually before confirming your order.
How does payment for a workshop or subscription work?
The same way as for other orders — we agree on the payment terms and due date for a workshop or subscription individually before confirming the booking.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. If you need an invoice, just let us know when placing your order or when getting in touch with Vittoria.
